Teams and clubs got group pictures taken together on Friday. Students in Yearbook were in charge of the pictures, lining up students, and double checking to see that the pictures would come out right. Each picture took a small amount of time depending on the size of the group.

A lot of the groups wore matching T-shirts. Students were asked to line up from shortest to tallest, and were then directed to stand in front of the bear. The taller students stood in the back, as the shorter students stood in the front, and some were asked to sit down.

“I really enjoyed getting our chorus group picture taken, and I look forward to seeing it in the yearbook. Its a good feeling knowing that your a part of something; and having it in the yearbook you'll always remember the friends you've made.” exclaimed Nikki Ferry a sophomore student from the Chorus Department of Bayside High School.

“You never want to forget your high school memories and friends. Thats what I think group pictures are all about, to let everyone know that you didn't just attend a regular high school; you were a part of something more. Whether it be the chorus department, the newspaper staff, the yearbook staff, or even if you're in a sport, you supported your school. In these clubs and groups you work as a team. You get to enjoy yourself and learn things that can help you throughout the rest of your life.” quoted Bianca Rucker, another sophomore chorus student.
